Working at Imagine RIT to take photographs for the Printing Applications Laboratory!
I will be taking photo's of the visitors and they will be printed on poster paper right there!

In the SAU i met a cute child who was continuously going up and down the stairs with a grin from ear to ear.

Well yesterday was an awful day, pretty much the worst.
And the worst about some upsetting things at that neither party wants it,
but because of choices made and things that were said, its just what happens.
So the tears fell down my face, and I sat in the rain, and I ate half a box of cookies.
But my friends were there at the end of the night, to hold me tight and reassure me.
I stayed up all night, didn't even sleep for one minute.

Registration
What does tonight consist of?
I'll tell you, staying up all night, hoping the SIS registration website cracks so I can break into the system and register, editing and snacking on food all night while studying for my art history test, working on my stop motion and possibly going out to shoot and then at 6 am the system will finally open so I can actually register, which is really just sitting on your computer getting in and out of the system and going through HELL for 3 hours while you just try to register for next fall's classes.

Artwork Display
Everyone be sure to check out the photography display cases on the second floor of Gannett, I've got two pieces displayed in the cases next to the lab's. Our photo class is displaying our long term assignment which is still a work in progress but so far they look great. It will be up until Friday so make sure you drop by and see what we have all produced!

Can't sleep,
Cleaned my room,
still can't sleep,
fiddled on the interwebs,
still can't sleep,
day dreamed and played with my hair,
still can't sleep,
made my bed into a tent using the loft supports and cross bars and my extra set of sheets.
still can't sleep,
this only leaves one option...
Im making warm chocolate cake and watching movies in bed all night.

What do we do in our photo class?
I'll tell you what we do? We watch "Killer Klowns from Outer Space". The BEST movie ever made, from 1988, which shockingly was a 2 million dollar movie. Written and produced by the Chiodos Brothers, this movie actually has a sequel.

All by Myself
Tonight I found myself boxed in,
and I needed to let it all out.
So before I could even think,
I went to the SLC,
took over an empty classroom,
slipped on my tights and my leo,
and found myself lost in my music.

A Good Day
4/14/2011 was a good day.
I had a good crit, I thought a lot about my final photography project, I got 4 packages in the mail (1 of which included chocolate chip cookies!), I discussed my summer trip to central america that I'm taking with my brother and sister, AND my 19th birthday is in 2 minutes!

Stay Strong Alye
