I got an email tonight from resnet.


Direct quote from resnet people, " we were unable to recover any user files" 
aka. "all your shit is gone and your not getting it back"


So, is everything gone that I've made in the past two years? You Betcha.


So to everyone out there, buy two hard drives and back up everything, and make sure they are not Western Digital Hard drives.
